Problem
When I select Tools-Customize-Database in the CRM Applications, only two tabs appear: Import/Export and Letter templates. How do I access the other tabs that are described in the online help?

The CRM Applications are shipped as a locked database solution that can only be modified by a trained Commence reseller or by the Professional Services team at Commence Corporation. Changes to the core features can have a significant impact on the functionality of the applications as well as the integrity and performance of the database. In order to guarantee that the product continues to perform in accordance with its specifications, is supportable, and can be upgraded under our annual maintenance and support agreement we must ensure that any changes made to the core metadata are done under specific guidelines provided by Commence Corporation. This is paramount to ensuring the success of future releases of the product as well as other development initiatives currently under way at Commence.
Making changes to the metadata of the product will require a working knowledge of the following:
- Commence Detail Form Object Model
- The Commence Database API
- The Commence DDE API
- VBScript
