Problem
While attempting to create a letter from Commence, Word XP returns the error:

Ambiguous Name Detected: TmpDDE

Cause
N/A

Solution
Perform a file search for normal.dot using Windows Explorer.  Right-click on the file and select Open.
 
In Word, select Tools -> Macros -> Macros -> highlight normal.dot and click Organizer. With Word.TmpDDE.main on the right side of views, click Delete.
 
Save the Normal.dot file and exit Word.
