Update: Customers Utilizing Supported Versions of Commence (RM 3.1, RM 3.0, RM 2.1)
We are working to address the synchronization issue for customers utilizing the product versions listed above. The issue is complex, requiring an extensive level of testing due to the fact that we have to test multiple scenarios and configurations, such as different Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office versions and other third party solutions with each version of Commence, including multiple languages. We have begun with the most current version RM 3.1 and have made substantial progress and hope to have this completed shortly. This will pave the way for a reasonably quick turn around for the other versions above.
