Summary
Each user has the ability to turn on the 'Password Protect Database' option to restrict who can open their database. This password is in addition to any workgroup login/password that may be required.

More Information
To set your database password, go to Preferences, then open the Database tab. Put a checkmark in the option to Password Protect Database. Then click the Set Password button to create or change your password. Click Done to close the Preferences window.
