Solution
Remote administrators can take a copy of the Workgroup Expert documentation with them to their location. These documents will aid you in troubleshooting any workgroup synchronization problems that may arise.
- Using Windows Explorer, find the directory where the Workgroup Expert was
installed. This path is typically C:\ Program Files\Commence Workgroup Expert.
- Copy the files with an extension of .HLP and .CNT to a network drive or diskette. These are the online help files.
- Copy the file named WGXGUIDE.PDF to the same location. This is the online user guide found in the the Commence program directory, typically C:\ Program Files\Commence RM Workgroup
- Bring this disk to your site. These documents may be used to look up keywords referred to in the Workgroup Expert Report
