Problem
Commence service pack does not install.
Troubleshooting
Perform the following checks to prepare your system for the service pack.
- Make sure you have downloaded the correct service pack for your version of Commence
- Verify the user login has administrator permissions to the local computer
- Temporarily disable any virus scanning software such as Norton AntiVirus. Remember to re-enable the antivirus software after the service pack is installed.
- The service release requires Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0 or later. Windows Installer 2.0 can be downloaded from the Microsoft support site. A link is provided below.
