When I select Tools-Customize-Database in the CRM Applications, only two tabs appear. How do I access the Color Code and Agent tabs that are described in the online help?

Below is an additional command line option that can be added to the target line of the Commence shortcut for the RM Applications suite.
/Admin
This option can only be used on the Commence server or on a client database that has been granted AUTHOR permissions to the shared database. It allows you to access additional customization features that are not normally available.
Use the syntax example below to activate this command line option. Edit the Commence shortcut and append the option. Be sure to use the appropriate path for your Commence installation.
